They are easy to select using the following steps: 1) Identify the emotions and feelings that you are experiencing - What words could you use to describe how you feel? If its difficult to identify your feelings, talk to your body - How does it feel? Do you feel anxious? Are you lacking energy? What feelings is your body telling you. 2)Agrimony - You hide your troubles behind a smile 3) Concentrate on how you feel now and see if one or more remedies will help support you. Taking Bach Original Rescue Remedies is easy. For a single remedy add two drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals or place 2 drops on the tongue. Continue until you start to feel like youself again. To take multiple remedies (up to 7 remedies) add 2 drops of each in 30ml of spring water, take four drops of this mixture and add to a glass of water or place on the tongue, at least 4 times a day until you start feeling better.
